Just 2 weeks in but it's incredible how timing has changed my energy levels, I already counted macros, but the app just really adjust them to your very personal needs. I know many other people said this already but if possible it would be GREAT if the bar code scan would work for other countries too, even though I believe it's a bit complicated of a thing. Renaissance periodization team, thanks for this app and all the free content you share!

Love this App! But it would be easier if also people from other Countries like me could use the bar code scan! Btw, totally recommended.. My diet is now more balanced and I'm achieving my goal! 😊

Excellent! RP Diet really simplifies the dieting process! I have a question. The app suggests to do 3 weigh-ins/week for optimal results, but allows to input the BW everyday. Would weighing in everyday increase the accuracy of calculations, or do you recommend sticking to 3 days/week?

Great app but please consider adding customizable foods, for example I use a vegetable powder with pea protein, oat, flaxseed and add more variety like in fitness pal (no need to that extent in my opinion). Then, if a workout skips please add function so the user can input that and calories and macro get recalculated in the day (maybe that can be done if input is received within 3 meals before the end of day. Support was fantastic.
